At Kavana, your satisfaction is important to us. However, because our products are classified as consumable food and beverage items, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been shipped. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of every product delivered to our customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@drinkkavana.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
