Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless due to our error.

Refund:

After verifying eligibility, refunds will be processed within 14 Days.
Refunds issued to original payment method, excluding shipping charges.

Exclusions:

Gift cards, digital products, customized/personalized items, used/damaged/altered products not eligible for return.
